We want to hear YOUR stories and comments, both good and bad, to help us improve the service provided by West Yorkshire Police.
There are lots of ways you can "rate" your police online to let us know what kind of service we are providing, and to help us improve it.
These include:
- Feedback - are you happy with our service? We want to know - good or bad! Use our online feedback forms.
- What do YOU think? Check our our updates on our news pages and use the feedback bubble on the right to send in your feedback. The form only takes a few minutes to fill in, and the results are sent to the author of the story who can discuss them with the teams involved. You don't have to give your name.
- Rate this Local Page. Let the local officers know what you think of the local pages they regularly update on the Neighbourhood Policing Team website. Use your postcode to find your local page and then use the link, or scroll to the foot of the page to complete the "Please Rate this Page" item. Each local page also includes an email address, as well as a link to a contact form, which you can also use to contact your local team. The form will even allow you to suggest what your local policing priorities should be.
- Other Forms. We also have online systems enabling you to make a complaint as well as reporting a minor crime, or requesting a call back form police in relation to a minor crime, plus a Freedom of Information request. Please see the links in the navigation box on the left of this page.
Become a Facebook friend. Another way you can regularly interact with West Yorkshire Police is by joining our social networking sites, like Facebook and Twitter, where many of our existing subscribers regularly comment and discuss our news releases. We also invite subscribers to comment on forthcoming campaign artwork to see how it can be improved.
